
To celebrate Quakecon, Steam has been running different price cuts all weekend. Today’s deal: 66 per cent off Fallout 3 (now $US6.75) and 50 per cent off Fallout: New Vegas (now $US20). Though Steam tends to make Aussies pay more, it’s still something I guess. The Quakecon Pack 2011 looks interesting, too: US$70 gets you every single game from id Software and Bethesda Games. Monday, August 8, 2011 at 7:39 PMOnce you add DLC to the daily deal, you’re paying close enough to as much for Fallout 3 and New Vegas ($58ish) as you’ll pay for the entire Quakecon pack which includes the DLC and a dozen other games ($70). I’m still trying to persuade myself to buy it.
