The Most Brilliant Way To Never Lose Your Keys (With Lego!)

I probably lose track of my keys at least a couple of times a day, which is both pathetic and infuriating to anyone I’m with. It’s awful! But this Lego mastermind cooked up a simple, fantastic solution.

You see, you just stick your keys to the Lego plate on your wall whenever you walk inside. And then they’re hanging there when you want to leave! Don’t you see? If you don’t want to have Lego blocks hanging off all your keys, this might not be an optimal answer to absentmindedness. But it beats the hell out of having an Oh god oh god oh god oh god we’re going to be late where are my keys oh my god freakout every day of your life. Trust me! [via Reddit]

I know a company whose Toilet signs are Lego, and the RFID card that is needed is hung by a Lego block by each door.

    Looks very cool.

A great way for a would-be intruder to have access to (just about) everything you own in one spot… he’ll thank you for it. Key holders, not a good idea.

You’ll also notice your pillow cases will go too – handy bags for all the small goodies he finds.

If you can’t remember where you’ve put your keys, what makes you think you’ll remember to hang them up?

I use one of those 3M hooks by the door. Between me and my girlfriend, whoever gets home first puts their keys in the back of the door, the other one hangs them on the hook. Easy to get in the habit of hanging them there, and easy to remember them when you’re leaving.

And no sharp LEGO blocks in your pocket.
