Prizes Lets You Enter Community-Driven Contests For Real Money

Prizes is a new service from Google that allows users to create or enter contests with real cash prizes. The service connects to your Facebook or Twitter account, and from there you can enter contests or create your own.

Most of the winnings are small amounts, and most of the contests are things like “plan my holiday” or “find me a deal on a rental car” for $US10 or $US20 respectively. Even so, if you find something you’re qualified to answer, it can mean a few bucks in your pocket.
