Lego-Crusted Pioneer Turntable Combines Two Of Your Favourite Playthings

Consider this the peanut butter and marshmallow of good-looking gadgets: a Pioneer CDJ-2000 buried under a shell of wonderfully constructed Lego kookiness. I wouldn’t want to drop it, but damnit if it doesn’t look exceedingly fun.

The deck, constructed by artist Jesse Graves to benefit VH1′s Save the Music Foundation, is fully functional. It just happens to be adorned by Lego blocks and figurines. I happen to think most turntables look mechanically beautiful enough on their own, but hey – I’ll never turn up my nose at brick building. Now someone please build this into the hull of a Lego Star Destroyer, and we’ll be all set. [Pioneer]

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say there’s nothing you *can’t* build with lego.
