Doodle.ly Lets You Break Out The Sharpies, Express Yourself Online

Expressing yourself in 140 characters or less is fun, but some long for personal expression that extends beyond Twitter or Instagram. Enter Doodle.ly, a new website that lets you doodle anything you want and share it with the world.

All you have to do is visit the website, choose your favourite writing instrument, and doodle away. Once you’re done, you can share your creation on Facebook or Twitter. The colour and width options are limited, but that’ll change once the 5000th doodle is shared.

Right now the service is web-based, but it’ll soon make its way to the iPhone and iPad. It’s cute, it’s clever and brings you back to your elementary school days. What more could you want? [Doodle.ly via Cool Hunting]

Yep, that’s why the internet is, and always will be a colossal joke. Never to be taken seriously.
