A Look At The Most Insane Restaurant In The World

El Bulli: Cooking in Progress is a documentary about the most insane — and one of the most influential — restaurants in the world, El Bulli, which is closing this month.

El Bulli’s the epicentre of where weird science met delicious food and postmodern art under the guidance of wizard-chef-mad scientist Ferran Adrià. If the movie’s able to convey even a fraction of the technological and cultural insanity that happened there, it should be a fun, kinda wild trip. [El Bulli: Cooking in Progress]

Vue De Monde in Melbourne, probably. or Tezuka’s in Sydney, Fenix in Melbourne but nothing on the same level as El Bulli.
