The vast majority of the pieces have been mounted to the bare wood beams of the room, which give the space a very workshop-like quality. And while I can appreciate the beauty in repurposing old junk into something new, navigating through the room with creepy-ass power saw sound effects makes me hope I never stumble upon such a locale alone. It probably wouldn’t end well. [Marek Tomasik via Bit Rebels via Geekosystem]

Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 1:48 PMVery constructivist. Constructivism with found objects! I love the angular feel, since he’s mostly gone for parts with perpendicular angles and mounted them in line.
From the images it seems almost like being inside an empty computer case, or even a rotting old spaceship.
