Motorola Xoom Now Selling Through Optus

Want to get yourself some of that fancy honeycomb action on the Motorola Xoom, but don't want to go with Telstra? The good news is that as of today, the Android tablet is now available through Optus.

Pricing starts at $0 up front on a $60 data plan over 24 months, which includes 10GB of data to use each month. You can opt to pay over 12 months or 24 months with either monthly device repayments or an upfront fee, but you can't buy the tablet outright, unfortunately.

Check out Optus for the full pricing run down...

Thats an alright dealI guess, Though telstra service is much better and the next g speeds are well worth it.

After the way that Motorola dudded Australian owners of their Quench phone by breaking their promise to upgrade the OS from Android 1.5 while doing so for users in the US, I swear never to buy another product from them again. Beware!

These things are horribly slow considering they have a dual core cpu. The Acer tablets which cost hundreds less(with no 3g) are light years faster. You just have to swipe your finger on the xoom to see the diference
