Brisbane got a taste of Australia’s first video game bar last year, but in just two weeks Melbournians will finally be able to get their geeky game (and drink) on.
Originally slated to open in December 2010, the Melbourne location will be in Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. It’ll be open seven days a week, and the midday Saturday opening will include a bunch of competitions, tournaments and possibly even some exclusive game previews. [The Mana Bar via Kotaku]
Melbourne had such a thing years ago at the Crown Casino called Barcode.
Had our work Christmas party there, is was very awesome.
