LOL you can get a razor that lasts 1 year, it’s not hard, blade manufacturers specifically design their blades to dull easily, this is where they make their money!
All you need is a razor that you can sharpen, or buy a cut throat for $50
Which way up? As in the sharp side you would use to shave your face or the reverse of this? I don’t understand how you manage to keep your blade sharp for so long unless you have very little hair.
I’ve found that they start to get a bit dull after a few weeks – even with good maintenance – but even so I’ve had ones that last around 6 months before I decided to change them over.
