Apple And Nokia End Litigation, Shake Hands On Patent License Agreement

Nokia and Apple are no longer suing each other over multiple cases of patent infringement. The two have entered an agreement and Apple will be paying Nokia both a lump sum amount and on-going royalties. Needless to say Nokia is happy with this arrangement. [Nokia]

    No fanbois? Colour me shocked.

Just too bad Nokia haven’t made a decent high end device in years.

They did, the N8. When you have a 12mpx camera, USB on the go, HDMI, TRUE multi-tasking, hot swap memory cards,USB peripheral support, USB mass-storage support, Bluetooth keyboard/mouse support
etc come back and see me.

Everytime you use your iPhone you are using Nokia tech, as Apple have just admitted. When you all line up for the iPhone 5 you’ll be boosting Nokia’s bottom line :) and using new (to Iphone) tech that Nokia’s have had for years.

You call that a high end device? Most of those features sound standard to me. Give me dual core processors, smartphone os and AMOLED qhd screen and now you have a high end device.
