Built in Biarritz, France, the museum focuses on ocean life, and was designed by Steven Holl and the Brazilian artist/architect Solange Fabião. Also, how does an obvious moron (who can’t even make something look like a wave) convince a room full of people to give him the thousands of dollars it probably cost to make these?
