oh well not necessary the guy who took the video was actually holding the device, coz this could be recorded by one of those incar dvr. im going to get one of these as there are plenty of reckless drivers on the road!
Yeah I’m thinking of getting one too as I’ve heard it’s hard to prove you weren’t in the wrong when the front of your car and the back of their car is damaged even if it’s their fault.
So if someone cuts in front of me and slams the brakes on and i crash into the back of him cause i cant stop quick enough (e.g when its peak hour traffic and the idiot wants my lane) its all my fault… i think not

Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 11:59 AMDon’t even begin to delude yourself. I’ve got ten years plus as a claims consultant – hit another vehicle in the rear, and it’s your fault. Period.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 11:17 AMI’d love an in car DVR to capture the crazy on Aussie roads though I just know my car would be broken into within 30 minutes of it being installed.
Living in the inner west and I’ve had my car borken into twice in 2 years despite there being nothing to steal.
