What’s good for the BlackBerry PlayBook is good for BlackBerry handsets by the sounds of it, as Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has pumped hands with RIM boss Mike Lazaridis and declared all future BlackBerry phones as being Bing-friendly.
Apparently Bing on BlackBerry isn’t just going to be a search app. Ballmer said “this goes way beyond a search box, it’s about finding real tools to help people get things done”, showing how the user’s location affects the maps and search results, plus Microsoft Deals which will show offers nearby.
