In the latest turn of this IPTV drama, Fox has issued a cease-and-desist Time Warner remove any Fox-owned channels from its streaming iPad app, which pushes live TV to customers.

Come on FOX, you really don’t want me to start watching CNN on the patio which is already on the TWC iPad app! It cannot be about tracking viewers. When I add another TV without a cable box to my house those views cannot be tracked either.
I am a huge FOX viewer and very surprised by Fox’s position on this. It is simply a WiFi connection instead of another coax cable in my on home, no where else!
Fox, your not losing anything, but loyalty and admiration from your long time viewers, with your silly position against this.
