The Charlie Sheen circus now has an official Guinness World Record under its tent: This morning the agency verified Sheen’s claim to the “Fastest Time to Reach 1 Million Followers” record, a feat he accomplished in 25 hours and 17 minutes. Huh! An actual win! [Mashable]
