If you were looking for a reason to get excited about Apple’s Airplay, the B&W Zeppelin Air has just received Australian release details.
One of the US team’s favourite products from CES this year, the B&W Zeppelin Air is just like their old Zeppelin, except with the added benefit of wireless. Using Apple’s Airplay, you can stream music from your iPhone or iPod with a couple of button presses.
The speaker system will land on April 1 for $799. Sure, it’s a premium price, but given B&W’s heritage, we were never expecting a budget pricetag.

Soundwise they say it’s pretty damn good but Airplay can be a little buggy and probably only suited to the technically competent. Having just bought a Zep Mini (just for my bedroom) myself and some P5′s just today, I can pretty safely say that if you’re hesitant about the sound quality don’t be, and the Airplay is really just an added bonus.

B&W speakers are unsurpassable :)
