It’s humorously called the TIN CAN though its made from PLA (poly-lactic acid), which means some sort of corn starch that can retain some plastic properties (and also, one of the better eco-friendly materials around). Define "reusable"? I can't see any reason why someone would call it that.
also, this is those type of "green wash" products that will cause more problems than solution. Aluminium is fully recyclable and is one of the most valuables post consumer materials...
one needs to understand more about PLA before trying to put it in the market.
