Each Stelton Pure Black knife is made from a single piece of steel and coated in a special matte black material which makes cleaning and gripping a breeze. Uncrate isn’t sure when they come out, or how much the three-piece set will cost (two chefs knives, one bread knife), but I’m sure they’ll be high up on the wis lists of a few of us here at Giz when they finally do surface. Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 12:40 PMI wonder how they compare to the think geek ceramic black knife – http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/kitchen/ce6d/
The think geek one seems to only have the 1 knife, where this is a set of 3…… but the think geek one is ceramic, I’m not sure what that would mean long term.
