You Might Not Be Able To Cook, But These Knives Make You Look Damn Good Doing It

I consider myself a master chef. When it comes to steak, I can cook, season and eat like a pro. But I feel like my kitchen swag is lacking due to my knife collection. Enter these all-black cutlery wonders.

Each Stelton Pure Black knife is made from a single piece of steel and coated in a special matte black material which makes cleaning and gripping a breeze. Uncrate isn’t sure when they come out, or how much the three-piece set will cost (two chefs knives, one bread knife), but I’m sure they’ll be high up on the wis lists of a few of us here at Giz when they finally do surface. i like how they are listed under novelties on the stelton site… :)

I wonder how well they stay sharp/how easy they are to sharpen. i think i’ll stick to my Global set of knives.

I wonder how they compare to the think geek ceramic black knife – http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/kitchen/ce6d/

The think geek one seems to only have the 1 knife, where this is a set of 3…… but the think geek one is ceramic, I’m not sure what that would mean long term.

I love my Globals (the geek/nerd knife of choice as far as I am aware) but these are very cool.

+1. Shun make some awesome knives. Easy to keep staggeringly sharp and they look good too.
