Wonder Why Verizon Is Unveiling The CDMA iPhone?

Because technically, Apple and Verizon aren’t showing a new product; just a variant of an old one. That’s the theory offered up by Apple know-it-all Jim Dalrymple on TechCrunch. I’m OK with that theory.

Dalrymple says that Apple is avoiding the usual media cycle of product speculation by letting Verizon take the reigns on this.
