Friday, May 25, 2012 at 9:37 PMHi all,
My Name is John Layton and I live near Perth in Western Australia. In July last year i paid PiMobility $5874.32 for a top of the range Picycle with accessories and delivery. Guess what…it never came. I have tried over and over to get my refund from Marcus (director) with many hollow and unkept promises as a reply. They have broken the law in my eyes and I believe in California they have too.
I am aware of more than 4 others at this stage who have also paid and not received their product.
For me in Australia it will be difficult to fight in the courts but I will get my money back. Believe me.
WARNING to any potential customers. PiMobility are not to be trusted or paid until you have your product.
I have today commenced a campaign to go viral with this info to save others.
Please help me if you can. Distance yourself from these crooks.
