Obviously not going to be a lot of good if the phone is in your pocket or bag.

Case can be left on the car dash, and always be charged when needed.

Leaving your iPhone in direct sunlight for extended periods of time isn’t the best thing for it.

If you’re leaving it in the sun, it’s going to get very hot, not to mention the heat from the battery being charged also. I know I prefer not to leave my phone in the sun, due to the possibility of frying my ear. Solar panels get hot, batteries + phones may not be happy kids.

    silly idea lol

li-ion batteries drain quicker and deteriote quicker at higher temperatures.

keeping your battery at a low temperature will increase performance.

recharging it by placing it in the sun kind of negates the effect its aiming to achieve.
