iPhone 3G Hacked With Android 2.3 Runs Gingerbread Before Your Androidphone

From the same OpeniBoot software that saw other variations of Android running on the iPhone, comes Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), shown on the iPhone 3G. The video is a bit jerky, but it’s proof that Gingerbread can be dual-booted.

Loading Gingerbread through OpeniBoot means the user can still open iOS as well as Android, plus Linux. [@nickpack via CoveringWeb - Thanks Ahmed!]

although im not a fan of apple at all and despise them to the point i dont think they will ever see 1 cent of my money i think this video kinda goes to prove they might make reasonable software for their phones considering how fast the iphone runs its regular software compared to the very slow and laggy look of what they have installed on there, i guess android phones must clearly be built with more processing power, if only nokia could polish the software in their new touchscreen phones, music and pics scroll smoothly but the rest of the menus are jumpy :\
