A View Of Tangled Telephone Wires In Japan

Andreas Gefeller, a photographer, took a series of pictures that show the ridiculously tangled telephone wires on the streets of Japan. It’s jarring how chaotic the wires look when they’re all you focus on.

It all looks so flimsy, the internet staying afloat by a string! I do find it somewhat interesting that the Japanese, inventive as they can be, haven’t developed a way to make these tangled wires invisible or something. [Andreas Gefeller via Boing Boing]
