You see, according to Armstrong, it was hot out there. Real hot. Like 93C hot. And because their space suits made use of a cutting edge water cooling system that hadn’t been tested extensively, they had no idea how long the suits would hold up.
Also, they were lab rats for NASA, which meant that they had to stay within range of the video camera so that NASA could study and observe their interactions with the environment for future reference. Monday, December 13, 2010 at 4:08 AMthere’s been photo airbrushing(there and over years of nasa operations) and the original landing tape did get recorded over.given aldren’s utube comment on an artificial object they saw near their ship after leaving earth, my money’s on the conspiracy that there were aliens present on the moon which nasa hid fom the public, otherwise we’d have built a moonbase(project”horizon”)rather than some crappy expensive skylab.the other theory(that the moon mission was faked)doesn’t stand up to the fact that the soviets would’ve ratted nasa out to the press.
“they” are there and have been here long before our species and our religion folklore existed and will still be around long after we’re gone.
