Ahmadinejad and his anti-semitic cronies are fuming with anger after discovering the Star of David on the roof of Iran Air headquarters at Teheran’s airport. The building was originally built by Israeli engineers prior to the the Islamic Revolution.
Nobody noticed the Jewish symbol until someone found it up in Google Earth. The building – which hosts their national airline – was built by Israeli engineers before the 1979 Islamic Revolution, and it has been hidden in plain sight until today.
It won’t stay there for much longer. According to The Jerusalem Post, Iranian government officials have already ordered the destruction of the star. [Jerusalem Post]

Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 1:10 PMMaybe the Israeli engineers were *software* engineers by training and that’s just their easter egg? :-)

Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 4:54 PMThis is poor warmongering and libelous journalism. Iran’s government is not “anti-semitic”. Iranian Jews have political representation and practice their religion freely in Iran. It’s Zionism and the 40+ year occupation of Gaza and the West Bank that they have a problem with. Opposing a tyrannical state that happens to claim itself to be representative of Jews doesn’t make one anti-semitic.

Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 8:05 PMIt was engineers who did this. Engineers are wild and crazy people. Look at what comes out of M.I.T. each year…
