Was damn good heat pumping out of it and rather economic on wood too

Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 8:42 PMThose pipes look like some mad V8 fan designed the furnace but I’m thinking it’s actually a very clever idea to use convection to help cold air enter the bottom of each tube and as it’s heated it rises thus flowing out the top. I’ve seen some wood heaters with really crappy designs that just let all the heat go straight up the stove pipe and out the roof.
