Google Street View Panty Incident Leads To Lawsuit

Google Street View, long a peddler of naked men in car trunk spy shots and other such tomfoolery, was recently sued by a Japanese woman because the image-based navigation tool snapped some saucy pics of her underwear. On her clothesline.

So overwhelmed at seeing her unmentionables on a clothesline was this woman that she quit her job and moved. She even thought the images meant she was a target of a sex crime and a stalker!

Sounds a bit crazy, yes, but at least the lawsuit is only for an estimated $US7,000 in damages. I hope she uses it to buy something sexy and confidence-building. Fishnets, perhaps? [CNET]

You hang your underwear out for all to see, and it’s only an issue when someone takes a photo of it?

Also, you call those hippo suits “saucy”?

I think that the underwear (is it really underwear?) is rather brief. I mean..it must show a lot..personally if I had this on my line, I’d also sue someone..probably me for having such awful underwear.

You call that underwear ? I thought it was her bed sheets.. LOL..

I suppose I would be embarrassed to, if people all around the world new i was a prudish, weight challenged, God-bothering, luddite.

There’s nothing incriminating or vaguely embarrassing about those pictures at all. Is that even underwear? I think I *might* spot some Granny Panties on the right but the rest look like bedsheets.

What the hell kind of weird stalker is now onto her because of THIS? I call bullshit.

It would be interesting to see if someone with a photographic memory could be subject to a law suit as well?

Is the pic actually related or just a ‘modo-shop?
