Your Pre-Ordered Boxee Boxes Are On Their Way

Gizmodo AU

Boxee boxes started shipping yesterday in the US, but what about here in Australia? If you pre-ordered, you could be receiving your little bundle of Boxee joy as early as today.

D-Link have confirmed that they shipped Australian units from their warehouses yesterday to retailers and distributors, which should filter through to local stores either today or Monday. Depending on your pre-order, that means you could be picking up your box today or receiving it early next week.

If you didn’t pre-order, you’ll have to wait for the official release of stock on November 17. Although don’t expect Hulu Plus to work, regardless of when you get your own box…

Dickie Smiths have stuffed up already I hadn’t heard from them at all. I had made my preorder request on the 14th Oct. Called them this morning all they said was we’ve been busy. Ha!!! and Then I was going to have to wait for Head Office to call me back late today or on Mon or Tuesday. What a Joke!!!!!

Same for me. No contact after pre-ordering and when I contacted them they had no idea what I was talking about.
