    nah, thats not right, because, you see, that doesn’t cause an infinite loop of bureaucratic waste. basically, instead of the second call to FixCountryProblems, there should be a ‘goto Begin;’ so the try/catch can be done again, because inevitably some noob will change their mind again at the last minuet.
