Don’t Forget To Double-Check That The Tower You’re Demolishing Will Fall The Right Way

Judging by the panicked screams in this video, the folks demolishing a 84m smoke stack in Springfield, Ohio didn’t expect it to snap power lines, destroy power equipment, or terrify children when it collapsed into the wrong direction.

There were no injuries resulting from this incident, but 8,000 people did lose their electricity due to the power equipment being crushed. [MSNBC]

He either bumped it as he bolted away from it, or he quickly changed the angle to capture more, and then made a run for it.

His yells sounded like echoes as if he was walking away. No kudos! Heroic act cannot be proven, sorry.
