It already seems forever ago! Remember Anna Chapman, the completely technologically inept Russian spy the US busted and sent back to the motherland? She’s now doing IT work for a Russian bank. Her Maxim cover shoot definitely was not a factor.
Chapman, remembered in the annals of technology for being unable to set up a wireless network, keeping her passwords written down on slips of paper and giving her laptop to an undercover US intelligence agent for repairs, is now handling computers on a daily basis. So the lesson to be learned here is that no matter how badly you screw up – even if it causes an international scandal – just get a cover photo in your underwear and everything will be swell. Friday, October 22, 2010 at 5:45 PMI work in IT and I can tell you there are plenty of inept people working there already. Her major benefit over the others are that they usually are nowhere near as hot as her. Its the inept people that keep our skills in demand to fix up all the screwups.
