Old Lady’s Mobility Scooter Pimped To Race 88km/h Faster

Colin isn’t just an ordinary hooligan who rode off into the sunset with some granny’s mobility scooter and the fortnight’s grocery shopping (mmm, cereal). He actually pimped the petrol scooter so it can drag-race at 111km/h.

The Brit is in consideration for a Guinness World Record, if he managed to surpass speeds of 100km/h, which he says he can do just fine, but he’s planning an official race soon to get his name into the book. When Colin bought the scooter, it was cruising at speeds of just 12km/h, but now he can overtake grannies and cars when pulling out of nursing home carparks. [Daily Mail]
