A Giant Lego Map Of Europe

You could go to Barcelona and Paris, make out with foreign strangers and post lots of Facebook photo albums about it. Or you could check out this enormous, 15sqm Lego map of Europe. It’s at least cheaper.

The incredibly impressive “Euromap” was built with 287,800 bricks and half a year’s time. And because constructing a huge relief map of an entire continent wasn’t enough for the project’s creators, they decided to build miniature landmarks for each country too. [Euromap via MAKE]
