Remember that 102-year-old lens that photographer Timur Civan fit on his Canon 5D Mark II? After many requests for video shot with the lens, he’s obeyed – and with a beautiful, slightly NSFW video, to boot.
The 35mm Wollensak Cine-Velostigmat F5 may be difficult to shoot with, Civan claims, but as you can see in the video below the results more than make up for it. He does fear that it’s not going to last much longer, as it’s “so physically small, old, it sticks [and]it grinds”.
