For some reason I expected a bit more explosion (thanks, Hollywood!), but these high speed photography shots capture the fantastic moment when a bullet passes through a drop of water, slicing it in half with a bit of a splash.
Want to know how difficult it is to catch a shot like this? The photographer says that about one-tenth of half the shots taken after a couple of hundred trial shots will be both interesting and usable. [Lex Augusteijn Photography via PetaPixel via Laughing Squid]
