Slide Into Home

The Indonesian “Play House,” designed by architects at Aboday, boasts clean lines, high ceilings and something that’s especially awesome for the lucky little 5-year-old punk who uses it: a two-story polished concrete slide that goes from bedroom to kitchen.

There’s a bit too much concrete for my liking spread throughout the 150 square meter structure, but that huge slide, the environmentally friendly design and natural cooling elements (strategically placed trees and shade) save the sterile design overall in the end. [Dezeen]
