Ive used something similar when I was taught how to deliver a baby. They should have the dummy spewing out copious amounts of blood mucus ect.

That way they can get the theory down pat, and use the practicum to get over the OMFG part that comes with actual reality.

There should be blood and other liquids oozing out and a real woman scream audio playing, umbilical cords and the worst thing of all the witnessing of the terrible placenta after the baby arrives. Yes men, when your partner gives birth be ready to see the placenta.
