Reader Survey: WIN $3648 TV And Camera Package

Gizmodo AU

Long-time readers might remember our last survey. It’s a time when we find out a little bit more about who is reading, so we can do a better job of (a) serving you and (b) getting the right advertisers involved so we can KEEP serving you! For a few minutes of your time, Sony is kindly offering up a 46-inch BRAVIA NX700 LCD TV along with a Cyber-shot TX5 to one very lucky Allure Media Network reader.

Just head over here to take our survey, which should only take about five minutes. Give us your details at the end of the survey and you’ll be in the draw for the prizes!

Take the survey here.

Terms & Conditions of the prize draw here (.pdf).

Thanks to everyone who contributes to the survey, it really helps us develop what we do here at Allure Media.

Good luck with the Sony prize pack!

Survey’s broken? Next button seems to do nothing but open up the T&Cs for me.

Fixed. We pulled it down for a bit to fix those issues, and now it’s all sorted.

        Er… new problem, I think :P

I just tried to go with Other for one of the checkbox questions, but there’s no checkbox for it so even though I’ve put in an answer it thinks I hasn’t, and won’t let me proceed.

We’ve bumped up the name/email on the final page to the top, as it was below the image. You may have missed it down there.

    A few small things.

    3. Phone, Question 3. It doesn’t let you go forward unless you click a box, even putting stuff in the “other” box doesn’t let you go forwards if none of the others are filled.

    7. Food, Question 1 lets you pick other, and asks you to specify, but no box for it

    Survey completed. No problems.

Just a missing text box to fill in the “please specify” for “other” on the fast food question.

Want to point out under job description there should be an option for ‘Student’. Also when I tried to enter student in the option box, it says that the question must be answered.

Should be fixed now (An ‘other’ checkbox should now be available to ensure this option is valid).

As per the Ts & Cs – “Prizes must be claimed in person unless winner is otherwise advised. The collection of prizes is the
    sole responsibility of the winner.”

    Where are the prizes located?

Not much good to me if they’re in NSW/VIC/QLD/SA (I’m in Perth).

In Perth here too. But for that TV, I’d arrange for a courier :)

Hmmm, my original reply to you Andrew somehow didn’t get published. Let me try again.

Yes, I would also use a courier, but the ‘prizes must be claimed in person’ part of the Ts & Cs suggest it could be very hard/uneconomical to actually claim your prize.

Why should people help out Giz with their market research with this in mind?

Hmmmm…. On my iPhone, I can’t get past the first set of questions? When I click next, it just takes me back to the introduction page? Anyone else have this problem?
