FringOut Grants Worldwide Mobile Calls Starting At One Cent Per Minute

Fring wrote us today with news that they’ve created a service called fringOut that allows for worldwide Internet calling starting at .01 per minute. The service is available now for Nokia and will launch “soon” for iPhone and Android.

Pretty convenient, and it’s being integrated into the Fring app. Remind me again, why do we need to pay carriers separately for a voice plan? [Fring]
