According to David over at Kotaku, that was exactly the motivation for Melbourne designer Chris Peters to design the iPhone Game Pad case. Some games are just better with buttons, apparently.
Kotaku’s got a detailed interview with the Aussie designer, who claims that the recent changes in iOS 4 that allowed hardware and software to talk to each other from a developer point of view means that there’s actually a change the Game Pad will see the light of day now. It’s a fascinating read of a great looking Aussie iPhone peripheral.
