FedEx Employees Rob FedEx Truck For Apple Gear

FedEx driver Francisco Matute was having a normal Wednesday until four masked individuals stopped his truck at gunpoint. Then two of the men got into the truck and took 10 boxes full of Apple gear. They were FedEx employees too.

It seems that the two men – Jason Niusulu, 23, and Dominique Hamilton, 20 – saw what was getting loaded in the truck at the San Leandro FedEx facility, where both of them work.

After getting the boxes, they successfully fled the scene in a gold Buick, but were caught by the police the next day. Another FedEx driver took note of the licence plate, which led to Hamilton and the arrests. [Contracostatimes via TUAW]

FedEx has one of the greatest pieces of graphic design for its logo. There is a hidden arrow between the E & the x that signifies purpose & accuracy. Once you see the arrow, your eye will be drawn to it every time you see a FedEx vehichle.
