Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 4:15 PMMy $5 MDP -> HDMI adapter that I got on eBay sends audio via the HDMI cable to my external monitor from my April ’10 MBP just fine. I got it about a week or two after the latest MBP’s came out. Aside from Apple support, what’s so amazing about this one?

Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 5:30 PMSame here – even better than the adapter above, my cable is a single unit, without the need for an adapter, and a separate hdmi cable. I got 2 – one is left plugged-in to the LCDTV while the other travels in the laptop bag. Check ebay guys!!
