Considering just how versatile Australia Post stores are (you can buy Playstation2 games in some stores), it’s surprising it has taken so long for them to create a dedicated iPhone app. But now they have.
The app will let you calculate postage, find a postcode, track your item, pay a bill or get information and offers directly to your phone. It will also let you find your nearest post office or post box, which is a service I’ve needed on at least three occasions before.
There’s also a new mobile version of their website for other smartphones, should your handset not be of the Apple persuasion.
