Vodafone Now Charging Calls To 3 Customers Like Calls To Voda

Gizmodo AU

Back in March when Vodafone and Three refreshed their postpaid pricing, they introduced free Vodafone to Vodafone and Three to Three calls, but not from one to the other. According to Whirlpool, that all changed back on June 7, with some customers calls from Vodafone to Three being marked V23 and not actually costing them anything.

A few users have experienced the same thing from Three to Vodafone as well apparently, which means that the whole VHA merger is starting to pay off for both Telcos customers.

We’ve contacted VHA for official confirmation of the change, and will update when they get back to us.

I’m in the same boat… bit of longing for the legend, which is ‘apparently’ coming out on 3, according to the HTC website… except no one at 3 knows anything about it, and there is no launch date. So if vod = 3 = voda, I might just jump ship.

As a staff member of Vodafone, this is news to me heh. I’ll do some digging to see what I canfind but there’s been no internal memo’s about anything like this.
