Yes, these sure-to-never-be-produced rain boots charge up your phone via the heat generated by your feet. Never mind the obvious silliness of sticking your mobile phone on the outside of boots meant to splash in puddles, but it would take a whopping 12 hours of walking to provide one hour of charge to your phone.
