Here’s a video we captured of a FedEx guy “dropping off” a package at our home. Hopefully the packaging on your iPhone is protected enough that this doesn’t happen to you.

Friday, June 25, 2010 at 10:37 AMThat’s nothing that could ever damage the phone. That looks like a standard courier delivery. Nothing to see here.

Friday, June 25, 2010 at 10:43 AMHah, THROW!
A similar thing happened to me when I got delivered a laptop in a box the size of a 40 inch tv.
The delivery guy thought it was so light it would be great to test if it could float in the air.
I caught him throwing my laptop on the floor several times. And guess what, 3 days in, laptop broken.

Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 5:41 AMC’mon people – there is nothing wrong with the way he delivered the box. Did you expect him to place it delicately on the ground? Courier companies are never allowed to deliver fragile items. Any fragile stickers are always ignored. The definition of fragile in the shipping industry means that the item has not been packaged properly. Packaging is the key. Now whipping something down a few times during the shipping process is totaly another story.
