Maybe… Normal Pepsi in Japan has less fizz than normal Pepsi elsewhere and this Strong shot Pepsi just brings the fizz levels up to the levels of fizz in our Pepsi
No idea where you heard that, there are plenty of carbonated drinks in Japan. I detected no difference in the level of carbonation in Coke or Pepsi there.
