LG’s 47- and 55-inch 3DTVs haven’t even gone on sale yet, but already they’re taunting us with an 84-inch ultra high-definition 3D screen with massive 3840 x 2160 resolution.
It’s gone on show at the Society for Information Display expo in Seattle, Washington, along with a couple of other next-gen panels – including a 47-inch prototype which doesn’t require 3D glasses, and a 21.5-inch optical touch LCD panel which offers both capacitive and resistive technologies that could be used in monitors. Any opinions on the glassesless 3D panel?
Who are we kidding, Bound to be some porn producer who will use that resolution.
