B&W P-5 Headphones Aren’t For The Train

Gizmodo AU

It wouldn’t matter if these headphones cost $20 as opposed to the $500 RRP they currently carry around, I still think they look way too nice to wear out in public.

With a headband padded with New Zealand sheep’s leather, Mylar diaphragms, and a design made for reducing ambient noise (but not actively cancelling it), the P5 headphones look fantastic. They also come with a “Made for iPod” cable that allows speech and device control.

Sure, they’re an expensive pair of headphones. But they sure do look fantastic. They’ll be available “soon”.
